Like most specialty providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility.

I reserve a limited number of spots for clients that cannot pay my full fee, otherise known as a sliding scale. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
In the event that I am unable to offer you a sliding scale spot because all of those slots are filled, I will happily provide other referrals to clinicans that might be able to help.

I totally understand as tarting therapy can be a daunting process. I would encourage you to reach out and schedule a free 30 minute consultation so that you can get a better sense of who I am and my approach to therapy.
This way you can explore whether or not we’re a good fit without the full fee commitment!

Ultimately that is completley up to you! I will usually encourage people to schedule weekly for the first few sessions so that we can get some good traction for your presenting concerns.
However, from there you can schedule weekly, every other week, once a month, etc.
Additionally, I will communicate with you if I feel we need to make a change to schedule frequency.
